Mother's Day and Mama's Birthday

On Saturday, while I lived a day of luxury (yoga, pedicure, brunch, hair cut, shopping, dinner at CityZen), my parents watched Mollie and took her to Glen Echo Park.  She had the best time playing with them and sleeping over.  Here she is riding the carousel over and over.

Apparently this photo has some back story which is that this is the end result of a negotiation with another kid about this toy Mollie wanted to play with.  These are their victory faces - HA!

They look to be having a good time with their success :)

Mollie is finally warming up to Mac.  Apparently she spent a good part of the weekend chasing him and saying "boo" and tickling him and playing with their big beach "matzoh" ball.  

 On Sunday we picked her up and opened presents.  Mollie had a great time saying "oooh" and "that's cuuuute"about each and every present.  Pretty adorable.

 Sunday afternoon we had brunch with my family + Jenny who was visiting us from out of town.

 Mollie was a great helper with the birthday candle!
