Los Angeles and Disney!

We just got back from a wonderful weekend in Los Angeles.  First we went to see Auntie Mimi's art on display in the Hammer museum.  We weren't really allowed to photograph the art, but I snuck one picture.  If you're in LA, check out the exhibit, it's really cool!

Mollie climbing rocks in little Tokyo.

After the art show, we went to Disney.  On the first night, we had a character themed dinner at Goofy's Kitchen.  It was a really long wait, but it was worth it.  Here's Mollie entertaining herself while we wait for a table.

At long last, our photo op with Goofy!

And now the real fun begins!  Dale...

 Cinderella's fairy godmother
Minnie - by far Mollie's fave.

The next morning we went to the park.  We got there at 8 in an attempt to execute a plan Louie had mapped out before hand.  We were successful in getting to Peter Pan and the Dumbo ride with minimal wait times, but after that, we got diverted to the Princess visiting area where we waited in line for over an hour to meet Snow White and Sleeping Beauty.  Mollie felt it was totally worth it :)

But her favorite characters were Tinkerbell and Tink's friend, Videa.  I don't even know who Videa is, but she's apparently a very sassy fairy who has lots of attitude and wears purple...

We had a wonderful trip - although it didn't feel nearly long enough!
